CATCH UP #1

On my old blog I used to do a collage of a catch up of what I've been up to and a few snaps.. (I'll try to keep it up to date (monkey covering eyes emoji)

Obviously... remember remember the 5th of november.. so this is the first fireworks display in Cambridge that I've been to and it was so pretty, the fun fair definitely made me feel like a child again!

Over the weekend I ended up spontaneously going up to London and had a little shop & a wander.. the west fields new look had a completely new refurb & I can never say no to a photo booth opportunity...

In UO I FINALLY found these urban outfitters calvin klein bra top and underwear!! I WANT / NEEEEEED  these in my life.. they're definitely going on my xmas wish list.

Going back home means one thing.. FOOD, the only downside is having to lug it all the way back on a two hour train journey is never fun...

I found the cambridge satchel company shop, I love this city there are so many cute tourist attractions it's so pretty where ever you are.

Blogging with waffles and golden syrup on a sunday.. what could be better???

COULD IT GO GINGER??.....

Getting bored of hair is literally the worst habit to have...

I either just get it cut every 6 weeks because I love the feeling of fresh cut hair or it's to dye it.. but I find that there is so little colour choice that actually suits me, so I've decided to dip dye it a little brown.

I used Loreal's FeRia Extreme Blonde ombre kit in E01- (it was £5.99 from boots) every time I use blonde hair dye it can be so risky.. I get so nervous, it could go so wrong (i.e ginger or even blonde).. but I've learnt NOW that its almost impossible as I have such dark hair it can never change so dramatically unless you bleach it before hand!

That's another reason why I use blonde hair dye rather than bleaching it and then putting on brown hair dye.. you avoid even more chemicals that just damage and ruin your hair...

This also came with a brush which made it so much easier and handy when you put the dye on!

My hair is also naturally straight and so so very thick.. I used my Babyliss curling wand to get the wavy look!

IT'S A SUNDAY, ok...

You know when you just want to just throw on and just go outfit..

Top - Matalan    •     Blazer - Miss Selfridge     •     Jeans - H&M      •    Bag - Next
Pealry Rings - H&M  •   Fur - from a different coat.

(I promise I don't live in Matalan) - but these tops are really cute little chiffon tee's.... & were only £10 - they go with everything, I bought two different colours.. they come in white, black, blue and red! I love them they're not the best quality but for a throw on top they're great.

The blazer I absolutely adoreeeeeee.. I've been trying to find like a black blazer to just chuck on that will go with everything. I found this in Miss Selfridge as they had a 30% off at the moment, it would have been rude not too... Although I'm not too sure on the slits at the back.. (I'm hoping it'll grow on me).

- it's fun playing around with different lengths as I usually don't go for suuuuperr long blazers.

Please excuse the hair I literally had no effort to do anything with it, I literally just chucked it up in a messy bun.. (monkey covering eyes emoji).

BLOOMING WINTER

Navy dress - Matalan (really old)     •      White knit - Superdry     •      Necklace - Matalan    •      Scrunchie - Primark

Being a student and trying to look nice is something I'm always juggling in my life.. trust me the budget we have hardly stretches far..

The navy dress from matalan, funnily enough my mum bought me back in 2008/2009 and I hardly ever wore it.. I tried it on recently.. it fit and with a cute little jumper over top it looked like an easy outfit for the winter with a few accessories!

Recycle & reuse.. who'd have thought it would come in handy!

The scrunchie came in two colours a black/ gold and black/silver.. I think they're really cute for the festive season which is just round the corner!

PLEATS & PLEATS & PLEATS

Topshop crop top  •  H&M pleated Skirt  •  Primark Necklace  •  H&M Hat  •

When I first tried on this Crop top in a size 8,it was too tight and didn't suit my body.

So.... I ended up buying the top in a size 16 in a baggier size but I find that it sits better when I wear it with this skirt. When I asked the assistant to grab me a 16 I got such a funny stare from her.. It was much more suited to me!

I've done a little smokey eyeshadow along with mac's pretty please matte lipstick.
